Reframing the "Shoulds"
The Action:
Catch a "should" in your mind. Replace it. Instead of "I should have done more," say: "I did what was possible with the energy I had today."

The Grace Reset:
God's plan for you includes rest and hope, not just "doing." You are a human being, and you are allowed to have limits.
